Directory terms

The Houston Vendor is a discovery directory. Vendors are responsible for keeping listing information accurate and for meeting every permit, insurance, licensing, tax, and event requirement that applies to them.

Listings and moderation

We may edit, hide, reject, suspend, or remove listings that are inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, unsafe, duplicative, or inconsistent with the directory’s purpose. A listing is not an endorsement or guarantee.

Bookings

Vendors and organizers contract directly. Each party is responsible for evaluating fit, credentials, pricing, safety, payment, cancellation, and performance.
